Student mobility is realized on the basis of agreements between higher education institutions. Student can participate in mobility programs several times during schooling, but the total duration of the mobility period at the same level of study cannot be longer than half of the total amount of study program in which student is registered. A student who participated in mobility has right to have recognized results that he achieved on Receiving institution. During the period of mobility, the Office of Institutional Development and International Relations regularly contacts the student and collects reports on the duration of the stay and provides logistical support to students in the field of travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, and it’s obliged to carry out an evaluation in terms of personal and professional development achieved during the mobility period.
Academic recognition of the period of mobility is a procedure which is done by the competent Academic ESPB coordinator who determines the results achieved by the student in mobility. Coordinator makes a decision how to recognize the passed exams and issues a legal act Decision on the Academic Recognition of the Period of Mobility. Recognition of the results obtained during the mobility period, is based on the principles of transparency, flexibility and equity. A detailed legal act about learning process and professional practice is agreed by the two higher education institutions involved in mobility.
A professors employed in the School as well as employees in all sectors of the School shall have the right to mobility within which they shall spend some period of time at the Receiving institution, and all details related to the payment of salaries, the determination of cash compensation during absence as well as the duration of mobility will be the subject of a special contract defined and signed, depending on the submitted training / research / lecture plan. Upon redeployment to the Home institution, employees submit a report to the Office of Institutional Development and International Relations about acquired knowledge, skills and competences, a program of professional practice or work tasks that have been performed. They are obliged to have the presentation to colleagues about what they have learned during mobility.

All trainings and workshops organized by the School are free for employees.
