Mobility Activities

Student mobility is realized on the basis of agreements between higher education institutions. Student can participate in mobility programs several times during schooling, but the total duration of the mobility period at the same level of study cannot be longer than half of the total amount of study program in which student is registered.

 

Outgoing students/staff

During the period of mobility, the Office of Institutional Development and International Relations regularly contacts the student and collects reports on the duration of the stay and provides logistical support to students in the field of travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, and it’s obliged to carry out an evaluation in terms of personal and professional development achieved during the mobility period.

 

Outgoing student:

The general conditions that a student must meet in order to participate in outgoing mobility are the following:

  • The student is enrolled in vocational studies and has achieved at least 60 ECTS during these studies, or is enrolled in master studies;
  • For one level of study, the mobility period must not be longer than twelve months
  • Student knows a foreign language necessary for mobility, at least at the B2 level.

When applying for mobility, the student submits the following documents:

  • Application form;
  • Short biography with cover letter;
  • Certificate of passed exams;
  • Certificate of language proficiency;
  • Certificate of previously realized mobility (if applicable).

After the deadline for admission and ranking of registered students for mobility, the Office for International Cooperation selects candidates based on the ranking list.

Incomplete and untimely applications of students for admission to mobility will not be considered and these candidates have no right to appeal.

After the announcement of the ranking results, candidates may file a complaint to the President of the Office for International Cooperation within five (5) days after the announcement of the admission results.

 

Outgoing staff:

. “College of Vocational Education staff can participate in mobility programs organized by partner institutions, related to teaching or professional development and training, inter-institutional cooperation and cooperation on international projects.

Staff mobility is realized by the stay of “College of Vocational Education staff in the receiving institution abroad and their return, after the expiration of the period of abundance, to the home institution.

The general conditions that an employee must meet in order to participate in outgoing mobility are as follows:

  • The employee must be at random in relation to “College of Vocational Education (employment contract) which lasts longer than the planned duration of the mobility period for which the employee is applying;
  • Employee knows the foreign language necessary for mobility.

When applying for mobility, the employee submits the following documents:

  • Short biography;
  • Invitation letter from the higher education institution where the mobility takes place;
  • Proposal of an action plan for activities that will be implemented during the stay at the partner higher education institution;
  • Certificate of foreign language proficiency (English and / or the language of the country in which the mobility takes place);
  • Certificate of previously realized mobility (if applicable).
