Academic recognition of mobility is a procedure by which the authorized Academic ECTS coordinator at the home institution determines the results obtained by the student during the period of mobility, ie exchange, and makes a decision on how to recognize exams, ECTS points and grades in the home institution.
Recognition of results (exams, ECTS credits and grades) obtained by the student in the admission period, ie during the period of mobility, is based on the principles of transparency, flexibility and fairness
The principle of transparency implies that the Regulations on the recognition of periods of mobility are publicly available (on the website and bulletin board, etc.).
The principle of flexibility implies a realistic approach to the recognition of academic results achieved by exchange. Complete coincidence in the content of study programs at the sending institution and the receiving institution is not possible. For this reason, the primary way of recognizing periods of mobility focuses on the similarities and learning outcomes, rather than on the differences between the study programs being compared. In the process of recognizing the results achieved by the student in the host institution, the emphasis is on the knowledge in a certain area that the student acquires through exchange, and which should be related to the knowledge that he would acquire in the home institution
The principle of fairness implies that the authorized ECTS coordinator during the recognition of the period of academic mobility is guided by the basic principles of mobility provided by the rulebook on internatonal mobility, as well as the principle of fairness, as a generally accepted legal principle.
A student who was in the period of mobility, ie exchange on the basis of a signed Learning Agreement and in accordance with a certain mobility program, reserves the right for the home institution to recognize their results in the receiving institution after returning from the exchange, without conducting a special recognition procedure. on the recognition of a document of a foreign foreign higher education institution for the purpose of continuing education.

-Document on the evaluation system at the receiving institution (unless this data is an integral part of the transcript of records).
